ROC City Guardians Pipes and Drums 

Established in 2024, the ROC City Guardians Pipes and Drums bring together a collective experience of nearly 200 years in the art of Highland piping and drumming. We proudly serve Rochester, NY, and the surrounding areas with a mission rooted in honor, tradition, and community.

Our primary purpose is to pay tribute to the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to the safety and well-being of others. Through the powerful and timeless sounds of bagpipes and drums, we honor the memory of firefighters, police officers, military personnel, EMTs, and all first responders, especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Their courage and commitment will never be forgotten.

In addition to honoring these heroes, we celebrate the dedication and passion of our band members, who strive to preserve the rich tradition of Highland music while fostering an environment of camaraderie and excellence. Together, we inspire one another to perform with pride and skill, keeping this timeless tradition alive.

Beyond our tribute performances, we are deeply committed to uplifting our community. Through dynamic performances, community celebrations, and partnerships with local organizations, we aim to unite people, spread joy, and foster a shared sense of pride.
